As part of their garden tool offers from the 1st of September 2014 Lidl will be selling a Florabest electric chainsaw.

Specifications include:

  • 2200 Watts
  • Self-lubricating OREGON® chrome chain
  • Soft start
  • Two handed safety switch
  • Chain protection cover
  • 180ml environmentally friendly bio chain oil

UPDATE: I see this is back in March 2015. An alternative could be the Screwfix Titan TTB355CHN which gets great reviews from purchasers on the Screwfix site and as I write is £5 cheaper than the Lidl Florabest chainsaw.
