UK Home Shopping are currently promoting end of season offers on their Fox Quad-Cut self propelled petrol rotary lawn mowers.

There are two Fox Quad-Cut self propelled models included, both currently priced at under £200.

The Fox 20” cutting width Quad-Cut petrol lawn mower is powered by a WOLF 5.5HP (173cc) 4 stroke OHV engine.

The smaller Fox 18” cutting width Quad-Cut petrol lawn mower has a Wolf 4.5HP (139cc) 4-Stroke OHV petrol engine.

Both come with a 50 litre collection bag.

The Quad-Cut name comes from the four blade cutting system shown in the picture. Most petrol engined rotary lawn mowers have a single blade which has two cutting edges, one at either end. I have seen this type of four blade mounted on a disc arrangement before on Hayterette and Homelite lawn mowers.
